I see things are no different in the UK than here - put the junk in the garage and leave the cars out in the weather.

You mean cars are supposed to go in that unheated room that I have? So where will I store all my junk?

There's so much car in my garage that I can't get any junk in! I must be doing things backwards ...

Get a double garage, that way you get room for one car and a load of junk

Now there's an idea! I'll just start working on the "other half", in about twenty years he might be willing to move grin Or else get rid of some car! We own three and have a fourth company car, but there are only two of us who drive! I think it's time the juniors started taking lessons ...

In the meantime my solution is to not hoard the junk! Unfortunately I live with a hoarder and my daughter is following in his footsteps *sniff*

That looks picture-postcard perfect, Dotb (but I'm glad we don't have it over here) smile

Last year on 24th March it was like a midsummer's day almost, the temperature was 21.2C and people were on the beach.

It has been about 13C here today, very Spring-like. Posing people driving convertables with the tops down!

A little of the English countryside as the clouds parted. Again it is not long after take-off from Heathrow heading to a mystery city.

A pleasant 25 degrees here yesterday, not bad for autumn smile

I envy you being able to get such lovely shots out of the plane's window. It seems like I can never get shots like that because I am always seated where there is an obstruction, like over the wing, or in the middle of the plane. Or the window is dirty or crazed. And I never think ahead of time to ask for a different seat allocation as I really don't care where I sit. smilee

We have some really potty speed limits here, and now they're working on normal roads to reduce the speeds since the government changed the law to allow it even more. If a road's narrow and winding people slow down accordingly (in the country many are 60mph but no one would unless it was safe) but in towns it's getting beyond all reason on perfectly good roads.

These awful places are popping up all over the country, if you haven't seen a Big Yellow Storage now you can.

The last view before reaching the new country - crossing the coastline somewhere but I am not sure exactly where in England.

That's very, very pretty, Dot! The church is just perfect.

Howie, wonderful aeriel(sp?) shots.

No snow here but it feels cold enough. The birds are begging for food.

(Don't worry, I gave them some.)

I had the birds in mind when I put out some bread this morning, but I don't mind this little grey squirrel having some too.

That is a fabulous photo Dot. We've been lucky, our snow has been nothing like as bad.

A sudden 15 minute blizzard left everything looking very pretty, but I'll be glad to see the back of it now.

Before we reach the next country...here are the butterflies and the bee from 2 or 3 days ago. The white is the closest to snow I have at the moment... smile

I have no idea what it is, something that appeared in the garden and it is blossoming in autumn.

Not blackthorn, wrong leaves. Could it be a Philadelphus?
