I'm VERY late, but here's to 2013!

Well this week, only a quarter of a pound loss, making me ten stone two and a half pounds

Another two off for me, to sit me at 14 st 4 pounds, or in the US, exactly 200. Almost sixteen months after starting, I have now dropped 99½ pounds!

I must had done SOMETHING right this week - another pound off, making me ten stone one and a half pounds - and yes, I am planning to enjoy Easter

No change in weight this week for me...still at 14 st 4 pounds. I'm fine with that.

Hmmm, with Easter over the weekend, I put on two and half pounds . But this week should be easier I'm ten stone four pounds

Oh dear, when I proudly posted here I was down to 65kg (the gym scales are metric, it must be about 10 1/2 stone) it lasted maybe a year and bounced back in a few weeks and been the same or thereabouts ever since a stone or so higher. If it doesn't increase I'm just living with it now.

A loss of 1 puts me at 14 st 3 pounds this week. That's a triple digit loss now.

Since I started trying to lose weight three and a half weeks ago I have lost 16 lbs putting me at 190 lbs. I have 30 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 160 lbs.

I lost another 2 lbs this week taking me down to 188 lbs.

How tall are you, kaddarsgirl? And what is your goal?

I'm 5'7" tall. My goal, as I said in my first post, is to reach 160 lbs. That will put me right at the border between Normal and Overweight (with the muscle I'm adding through working out, I think this is best). I'm hoping to get all the weight off the end of summer.

Another pound off to an even 14 stone.

Back up three after an inactive week on vacation. Still under 200, but just barely.

I lost 3 lbs in the last two weeks taking me to 185. That's a total of 20 lbs lost since I started a month and a half ago!

Back down the three I gained the previous week, so back to an even 14 stone.

I've had a rough couple of weeks diet-wise, but now seemed to got my head back into it. I'm ten stone two and a half pounds this week

It's a good thing I am not triskaidekaphobic! I lost another one to put me at 13 st 13 pounds.
