Yeah, if they are smarter than they have been, then yes.
Look at the facts from the recent series - yes, England won 3-0, but the 1st Test was by 14, and Australia had the better of two other Tests which were crueled by rain. England didn't pass 400 once, Australia did it twice. England's much vaunted top 3 averaged only around 23 between them, whereas Australia didn't even have a top 3 until the last Test.
Australia still has a lot of work to do, particularly in the batting dept. They need two steady openers, not just one, they need Watson to make 3 his own, and they need a reliable 5 or 6, as well as a reliable keeper/batsman, not just a stopper/part-time batsman. The bowling seems to be sorting itself out, so if Boof can wave his wand one more time, then we are a big chance.
