The Sunglasses award ...
Is the threshold for receiving that a fixed score, or is a percentage of the quizzes online (20%)?

It is set at a particular score, which is approximately 20%. As the number of quizzes online grows, the figure is changed periodically. At the moment, it is 22,000. which is 18.6% of the number of quizzes currently online. At some point, the threshold will be raised again, when the percentage included gets too far below the target.

To qualify for 'sunnies' a quiz has (at the moment) to be ranked in the top 22,000. The ranks are based on the ratings given by players. The ranks do not reflect the scores on the quizzes: in other words, 'sunnies' don't go to 22,000 easiest quizzes.
