Welcome back Onimisi, and good to see all your Flickr photos for the first time.

This is the view north across Mill Hill and Edgware from Sunnyhill Park

My sister had been shopping for quilting supplies and I'd been hanging out in the cool of the shop (on a farm in Pennsylvania Dutch country), and when we came out we were greeted by several deer watching us from behind a fence. There was even a baby, but this one let me get closest.

Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake is home to an abundance of wildlife. A statue with the lake and Wasatch Range behind it.

An example of the wildlife on Antelope Island, Salt Lake, Utah. I was afraid to get too close as they have been known to charge. Luckily I was in a vehicle.

The 'Crown of Scandinavia', the ferry I took to get from Oslo to Copenhagen, a 16 hour overnight trip. I reserved a bed in a 2 bed cabin and luckily had the whole cabin to myself. However, I had to ask a Norwegian couple if I could sit at their table to have a late dinner and thankfully they said yes.....lol

Another inhabitant of Antelope Island. In fact, the Utah's state bird is the California Gull.

We've had many more butterflies and bees around this year than last, thanks to the good weather.

Lovely butterfly!

This is detail of the 11th Pennsylvania monument at Gettysburg, showing the regimental mascot, Sallie. Visitors have left dog biscuits for her.

Awww, I've been to Gettysburg a few times and somehow missed Sallie. I'll have to look for her next time I'm there.

One more monument to the wildlife at Antelope Island, Utah.

Luckily we avoided these rocks and cliffs while exiting the Tory Channel in the Marlborough sounds. Even better was the lack of swells in the Cook Strait.

I was lucky to see her. She's on the side of the monument facing away from the road, so you either have to be lucky (as I was) or look for the 11th Pennsylvania monument. Just looked it up and it is on Doubleday Avenue.

That's a really cool looking photo, Sat.
