New team members - no stats

I had three new members join my team from another disbanded team last week. No team stats are listed in the hourlies for the two who joined on Jan. 1 yet they have played over 30 games in most of them. Their results show for the current and past hour but no cumulative results. The member who joined on Jan. 2 is listed in FMI and has played only 4 games. I gave this a week before mentioning it, hoping it would sort itself out. Any idea what the snag is?

Are they Gold Members, or is that relevant?

The first two are Gold, but not the third. But I'm sure that it's not relevant anyway.

Can you show me what game you are referring to? Specifically, can you give me the URL of the screen that doesn't display them? Our team score stuff is sort of spread out everywhere.

In case it helps, I've tried to reproduce the problem with the Cat People's recent joins and at least shadowzep (also a Jan 01 13 join) does show up, both in Mixed "last hour" and in Smartest cumulative. The three more recent joins don't show in any lists, but I wouldn't expect any of them to rank in the top 1000 either.

They show up in all the Daily games.
I just checked the GM games and they show up in the World and PoG but not Obscurity. Hourly results, but not Cumulative.

Well everything seems to have been sorted out by itself. It looks like the new members just had to spend a month in limbo before the system recognized them. Nobody else seems to have mentioned this problem so it all seems strange.

Yeah not sure what's up there off the top of my head. Perhaps their stats only started counting from the day they joined your team, and not before that... so they needed an entire month to be recognized.

Or, perhaps the system got confused by there being score records for 2 different teams for them, and only counted the old team scores for that month.
