Guidelines for Quiz Creation

Important: ALL of the following sets of guidelines are relevant for the category you would like to submit to. Please read all of them carefully and keep them in mind as you develop your quiz. Thanks!

The following sets of guidelines apply to quizzes created in TV for Kids I-R.

Guidelines for TV for Kids I-R

Quizzes where most of the questions duplicate those already asked in many other quizzes will not be accepted. Your quiz will stand more chance of being accepted if it has an original approach, is free from spelling and grammatical errors, has interesting information, and contains ten questions. Please check quizzes already online, so you can create a quiz that doesn't duplicate others. No fill-in-the-blanks. No questions on the actors who appear in or provide voices for television shows.

Guidelines for TV for Kids

NOTE: TV for Kids contains many restricted subcategories. Before you create a quiz in a restricted subcategory, you must have had at least five quizzes placed online.

Please play quizzes already online in this sub-category. Make sure your quiz contains original questions. Quizzes where most of the questions duplicate those already asked in many other quizzes will not be accepted. Your quiz will stand more chance of being accepted if it has an original approach, is free from spelling and grammatical errors and has interesting information for all questions.
Ten question quizzes only in this category. No fill-in-the-blanks. No questions on the actors who appear in or provide voices for television shows. Questions should be about the show's plotlines or character actions only.

Guidelines for For Children

  1. All quizzes in this category should have ten questions only (except for subcategories of Harry Potter/Books for Kids, which allow 15-question quizzes). Questions should be suitable for children aged from six to twelve.
  2. Fill-in-the-blank questions are not permitted (except in the Books for Kids, Harry Potter and Wordplay subcategories).
  3. Quizzes should contain mostly multiple choice questions. No more than three true/false or yes/no type questions per ten-question quiz.
  4. Questions should be brief, preferably no more than one sentence.
  5. Each question should have at least two short sentences of factual interesting information (repeating the answer and commenting on the question do not count as interesting information).
