1. Jabal an Nabi Shuayb, 3760 m.

Answer: Yemen

Yemen is crossed from north to south by a mountain range in which this is the highest peak. Itīs situated west of the capital Sanīa and is also known as Hadur Shuayb Shuayb. Itīs famous for birdwatchers.
2. Halgurd Dagh, 3727 m.

Answer: Iraq

This peak is in Kurdistan, north Iraq, on a mountain called Hasarost. Some give other answers to the question about highest Iraqi mountain, for example Rawanduz or Gundah Zhur.
I found my information on a Kurdish information home page, please correct me if Iīm wrong.
3. Fan Si Pan, 3143 m.

Answer: Vietnam

This mountain is in the West Tonkin Range. The Black River (Song Da) originates here. Some think Ngoc Linh is Vietnamīs highest mountain, but itīs just 2659 m.
4. Ayrybaba, 3139 m.

Answer: Turkmenistan

This is in east Turkmenistan, near the border to Uzbekistan.
5. Jabal Sawda, 3133 m.

Answer: Saudi Arabia

This is in Hejaz, near the Red Sea Coast.
6. Qurnat al Sawda, 3088 m.

Answer: Lebanon

This is in the north of the Lebanon Mountains which splits Lebanon in two. The valley east of the Lebanon Mountains is called the Bekaa Valley. West of the Bekaa, on both sides of Lebanon and Syria, is the range called Anti-Lebanon.
7. Jabal ash Sham, 2980 m.

Answer: Oman

Jabal ash Sham is the Al Hajar Mountains in the north part of Oman, not far from Musqat and Gulf of Oman.
8. Gunung Tata Mailau, 2960 m.

Answer: East Timor

This is the highest mountain in the small new nation East Timor. Timor is one of the lesser Sunda Islands.
9. Mt. Apo, 2954 m.

Answer: Philippines

Mt. Apo is an active volcano on Mindanao Island. Its summit was first reached in 1880. It was made a national park in 1936.
10. Phon Bia, 2817 m.

Answer: Laos

This is in the north of Laos, north of Vientiane, west of Luang Prabang.
11. Mt. Hermon, 2814 m.

Answer: Syria

In Arabic Mt.Hermon is called Jabal ash-Shaykh. It is on the boundary between Syria and Lebanon, the highest point in the Anti-Lebanon Range. Rivers flowing from this range make irrigation possible in the valleys and oases nearby.
12. Paektu-san, 2744 m.

Answer: North Korea

This is in the north of N.Korea, on the border to China. North Korea is a mountaineous country with several ranges in the north, as Chang Bai Shan, Pepi Shan and Tuman. They are sources of rivers Tuman (border river to Russia) and Yalu (border river to China).
13. Doi Inthanon, 2576 m.

Answer: Thailand

This is in the north, near the upper course of the Ping river, not far from Chiang Mai.
14. Pidurutalagala, 2524 m.

Answer: Sri Lanka

This is in central Sri Lanka, not far from Kandy. Not far away is Adamīs Peak (2243 m.), known for its pilgrims.
15. Halla-san.

Answer: South Korea

Halla-san is a dead volcano on Cheju Island. Highest point on the mainland is Chii-san (1915 m.)
16. Jabal Umm al Dami, 1854 m.

Answer: Jordan

This mountain is in the south of Jordan, not far from Aqaba.
17. Bukit Pagon, 1850 m.

Answer: Brunei

This small sultanate is on Borneo.
18. Phnum Aoral, 1810 m.

Answer: Cambodia

This is in central Cambodia, north of Phnom Penh.
19. Jabal Yibir, 1527 m.

Answer: United Arab Emirates

This is in Fujairah state in the north UAE, near the Oman border.
20. Keokradong, 1230 m.

Answer: Bangladesh

Keokradong is in the Chittagong Hills in the south east of the country.
