I've lived in California since moving from South Africa in December '95. I graduated from UC Davis (2005) where I double majored in Biochemistry and Philosophy. I plan to enter medical school in 2009...pediatrics (I love kids). I'm reserved, very energetic, conservative, easy-going, sensitive, something of a perfectionist blah blah blah. I love the BEACH! I enjoy taking walks on a clear night, just star-gazing, and breathing in the silence. I'm a nature lover. Some of the times I've felt closest to God are when I've experienced the wonders of His Creation. I'm a Bible-believing Christian. I enjoy engaging in conversations both religious and philosophical. I believe everyone is entitled to an opinion. I don't think that necessarily makes them right. I believe it is good to be open-minded, but that doesn't mean I have to compromise my own convictions or my belief system. I'm in love with Greece. My dream vacation is a cruise to Greece, Italy, and Egypt. Poetry is another great form of release, especially traditional sonnets and haiku. I'm currently working on two collections for publication: a book of Shakespearean Sonnets, and a Haiku Collection inspired by sea creatures. My personal trivia tournament has become very much a hobby. I put a lot of work into maintaining it and keeping it interesting for the players.
