I can feel the money hairs on the back of my neck going woo woo woo". As Eddie is driving, explosions can be heard. Eddie then meets up with Monroe Kelly, played by Ernie Hudson, and asks him what happened. Monroe tells him that the Congonese had blown up the President's car, without the President in it. Eddie then says, "this is crazy! this is the third government in two years!"

He said his people were so afraid to be viewed by the American people as being cruel to animals.
