'The Irishman' was directed by a very popular and respected member of the Hollywood fraternity - Martin Scorsese. Considered as one of the greatest storytellers of the big screen, he has directed many classics such as 'Raging Bull', 'Taxi Driver' and 'Goodfellas'. In all of these movies mentioned, Scorsese partnered with Robert De Niro. Other actors that appeared in 'The Irishman' were Joe Pesci, Al Pacino, Ray Romano and Anna Paquin. It was written by Steve Zaillian. It was nominated for numerous Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director. Pacino and Pesci were also nominated for their performance in this movie.

He constructed the Hanging Gardens, one of the ancient wonders of the world. He is also mentioned in the book of Daniel.

Other Oscar nominees for Best Actor in a Leading Role that year were William Hurt for "Broadcast News", Marcello Mastroianni for "Dark Eyes" and Robin Williams for "Good Morning, Vietnam".

He then proceeds to tell Dr. Wrenn how he wound up in the nuthouse, which is the jump-off point for the main story. After watching the whole movie, it is clear that Trent came to the realization that he would be much safer in his cell than outside when the end of mankind came.

Meanwhile, every time we see Clevon he seems to have fathered another handful of children (including with the next door neighbor). Eventually his son, Clevon Jr. (IQ of 73) is shown, after winning a high school football game, surrounded by cheerleaders, screaming how he plans to sleep with all them. From this brief study, we can see the rate at which the stupid would come to severely outnumber even the marginally intelligent, thus leading to the idiocracy of 2505, which Joe ends up stranded in.
