As the brothers were searching for Gabriel to try to convince him to help them, the Archangel showed up at their hotel room door, injured. He said, "I felt your witch's tracking spell the second she laid it on me. Tasted like haggis." Haggis is a Scottish dish made of sheep's heart, liver, lungs and stomach, with onion, oatmeal, suet and spices. Rowena, like Crowley, was from Scotland.

She was also the reaper who was killed by Castiel in "First Blood." She also told him that he and Sam were "important" and they "have work to do." Then, she sent him back.

The last Prince of Hell made quite an entrance, telling the demons that he was there "to rule until such time as Lucifer returns with his son." Later in the episode, when the Winchesters found out about him, Dean said, "Hopefully, this fourth Prince of Hell is the last Kardashian in the family."

The team then used the captured Devil as "grace on tap," draining him and keeping the rift open while they went on a rescue mission to Apocalypse World.

The refrain of "It's never too late to start all over again" was integral to the scene, as Billie looked through her books, and then Dean got a call - and drove to meet Cas! He got his win.
