Eventually Kelly admits to Michael that she did write the bad reviews.

In this note it tells her to just clean it up and move on. Everyone dislikes the original note that Pam wrote, except for Angela who wishes she had written it. Later in the episode several notes were added to the cabinet. Finally Pam confronts the office and the culprit is revealed in an interview. While Meredith is talking to the cameras she says that she is a maid after work and that she cleans up her messes at home and she doesn't have time to do it at work.

The title of the auction was "C.R.I.M.E. A.I.D." It stood for "Crime Reduces Innocence, Makes Everybody Angry, I Declare." Several items were auctioned off such as yoga lessons with Holly Flax, a weekend at Martha's Vineyard, and a hug from Phyllis. The one item that everyone wants is the Bruce Springsteen tickets. As it comes time for them to be auctioned of Michael claims that they were stolen in the robbery, but to Holly he tells her that he never had the tickets. The most successful item of the auction was Phyllis' hug, which went for $1,000.

The winner of the duel will get Angela, and Angela agrees to the circumstances. As Dwight is distracted by the note Andy shows up driving a Toyota Prius and closing in on Dwight. The rest of the office is watching from the conference room in the office. Oscar tells everyone that if driven under 5mph the Prius is silent. He hits Dwight. While being pinned between the bushes and the car Andy and Dwight start talking to each other. It is then revealed that Angela has slept with Andy and not only with Dwight, like she's been telling Dwight. The two then stop fighting and go back inside the office. They both go on with work, Andy cancels a few wedding related things and Dwight throws out his bobble head, a gift from Angela.

The office is in disarray and Michael gives them an ultimatum, the day is about over and they have to come to a decision before 5 o' clock. Michael leaves the room thinking, they won't decide what to get, when Oscar comes in saying they chose to get new chairs instead of nothing.

The break windows, break office materials, and even try to climb through the ceiling. During it all Dwight is yelling instructions, but no one is listening. Soon the fire is controlled and Dwight reveals that it was actually a drill. Stanley then has a heart attack. The next day Michael tries various remedies to cure the stress in the office. When standing near Stanley, while he has his stress monitor on, the monitor beeps. The beep denounces that Stanley's heart rate is rising. Michael steps away and it stops and then steps forward. This reveals to himself that he is the one that causes the stress.

After Michael and Dwight have left on a mission from corporate, the rest of the office breaks out into an argument about whether Hillary Swank is hot. Jim led the "she is hot" team, while Oscar led the "she is not hot" team. The office was in a dead tie for the whole day, with some workers swayed back and forth between sides, but ending up staying where they originally were. As Michael is returning they go back to their seats. As Michael is going into his office, he sees the picture of Hillary Swank on the wall, and comments to himself that she is hot. Jim celebrates quietly in the background.
