| Players: Please be kind when sending a correction notice. There is no tolerance for rudeness or profanity on this site - both are grounds for account deletion. Please note that once submitted, your score cannot be changed. Do not send a correction notice saying "Well, I knew the answer but just hit the wrong button." This site does count spelling. Please do not send a correction notice because you spelled the answer wrong. It is impossible to anticipate every single mis-spelling, hence the reason we suggest you review your answers before submitting your answers. Do not send a correction notice unless you are sure about what you are saying. If you're not positive, it's best to send as a suggestion or direct message. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Quizmakers: You should NEVER just hit 'not an error' or 'I have corrected' on your quiz without first looking at the problem. Sometimes spaces are uninentially added at the ends of fill in the blank answers which makes the players get the answers wrong and other problems. And for those who sometimes just hit those buttons without doing anything, please note that the editors DO read all of the messages and DO check up on them. Please reply to the players when they send you a note - even if it's just to say 'thank you' or let the player know why they are wrong. The 'reason' section when you hit 'not an error' is not seen by anyone but an editor when they view the notes for the quiz so please use the reply function. If you are correct, please make sure you reply to a correction notice. This will 'teach' the player what the correct answer is and then maybe they won't send correction notices on other quizzes for the same question. As stated above, rudeness and profanity are not tolerated on the site. 5-May-03 |
