From Quiz NYC Subway Tracks

Answer: Chambers St on the Nassau St line

The Chrystie Street Connection was a massive project completed in 1967 to allow 6 Av express trains to manhattan bridge service. Before it was completed, the north side tracks on the Manhattan Bridge ran to the Broadway express line, which is currently serviced by the south tracks. The current day north tracks run along the 6 Av express line.
