Easter egg, eggnog. When this quiz was written, the eggnog season was fast approaching. My stepmom makes the yummiest, richest homemade eggnog with beaten eggwhites. It's served warm with nutmeg and brandy. My favorite children's book about Easter eggs is called "The Country Bunny and the Little Gold Shoes" by Du Bose Heyward and Marjorie Flack (illustrator).

It was originally published in 1939. It's about a female Easter bunny (a women's libber among rabbits) who becomes a successful Easter egg delivery person despite being the mother of many, many small bunnies (who all pitched in and did the housework while Mom was delivering eggs).
