Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Joyce Penelope Wilhelmina Frankenberg

Answer: Jane Seymour

I wonder if the British actress Jane Seymour would ever have achieved movie and TV stardom had she kept her birth name. Jane Seymour may have appropriated her stage name from Jane Seymour who was Queen of England from 1536 to 1537, succeeding Anne Boleyn as the third wife of Henry VIII.
Jane Seymour, the actress, was the protagonist on the TV show "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" (1993-1998) and has appeared in many films such as "Live and Let Die" as Solitaire (1973) and "The Wedding Crashers" (2005).
2. Peter Gene Hernandez

Answer: Bruno Mars

Bruno Mars is an American-Filipino singer, song-writer and choreographer. He was born in Hawaii to a family of musicians. He can sing, dance and play a number of instruments. His debut studio album, "Doo-Wops and Hooligans", came out in 2010. It featured the chart topping hit singles "Grenade" and "Just the Way You Are".

His second album "Unorthodox Jukebox", in 2012, hit number one. My favorite was his singing on Mark Ronson's song "Uptown Funk" in 2015.
3. Eleanor Nancy Gow

Answer: Elle MacPherson

Australian super-model Elle MacPherson may have been born with the mundane name of Eleanor Gow, but her professional nickname was The Body. Starting in the 1980s, Elle has made a record five appearances on the cover of "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue".

She has branched out as a business entrepreneur with lingerie and skin care products, has been on TV programs and has had roles in several movies.
4. Robyn Fenty

Answer: Rihanna

Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a singer, song-writer from Barbados. Rihanna released two studio albums which charted in the top ten of the "Billboard 200" charts, i.e. "Music of the Sun" (2005) and "A Girl Like Me" (2006). But it was not really until her third album was released the following year that she became an international star; that album, "Good Girl Gone Bad", had a major career-making hit called "Umbrella", one of the best selling singles of all time.

She continues to make headlines and hit music and, in 2012, was named one of "Time Magazine's" 100 Most Influential People of the Year.
5. Mark Sinclair Vincent

Answer: Vin Diesel

Action star Vin Diesel was born in California with the name Mark Sinclair Vincent; in fact, he has a fraternal twin brother named Paul Vincent. Their mother, an astrologer, was Delora Sherleen Sinclair Vincent. I guess Vin thought Vin Diesel sounded tougher than Mark Sinclair. Vin is an actor, producer, director and writer.

He is best known for playing Dominic Toretto in "The Fast and Furious" franchise, and Richard B. Riddick in "The Chronicles of Riddick" trilogy.
6. Tara Leigh Patrick

Answer: Carmen Electra

Carmen Electra's name is fairly well known for doing a little bit of everything. She was a model, she sings, acts and is a TV personality...the sort who is famous for being famous. She was even married to former basketball player Dennis Rodman (nicknamed The Worm) for a short time. Her credits include the TV show "Baywatch" - that should explain it all.
7. Adam Richard Wiles

Answer: Calvin Harris

Those of you who do not follow the tabloids or watch "TMZ" may be unfamiliar with Adam Richard Wiles or his stage name, Calvin Harris. Calvin Harris is a popular Scottish DJ and record producer. However, he may be even better known as the former boyfriend of pop singer Taylor Swift.

The relationship made him a household name. Just in case you'd prefer other credentials, his first studio album was "I Created Disco" in 2007. His third album, "18 Months", was the first to hit the charts in the United States.
8. Amanda Lee Rogers

Answer: Portia de Rossi

Many of you know Portia de Rossi as the wife of Ellen DeGeneres, as attorney Nelle Porter on "Ally McBeal", or as Lindsay Bluth Funke on "Arrested Development". She was born in Australia with the name Amanda Rogers. At the age of 15 she decided to reinvent herself and took the name Portia from Shakespeare's "Merchant of Venice".

She also penned an autobiography in 2010 called "Unbearable Lightness".
9. Aubrey Graham

Answer: Drake

Aubrey Drake Graham is a Canadian rapper, producer and actor. Drake first became known when he appeared on the Canadian TV drama series "DeGrassi High; The Next Generation" as Jimmy Brooks, from 2001 to 2009. His first studio album release in 2010, "Thank Me Later", was a commercial success. Drake's next two albums, i.e., "Take Care" (2011) and "Nothing Was the Same" (2013) brought him international recognition.
10. Eileen Edwards

Answer: Shania Twain

Shania Twain, nee Eileen Regina Edwards, is a native of Ontario, Canada. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, she became the best selling female artist in the history of country music. She has been called The Queen of Country Pop, and received world-wide recognition with the release of her 1997 album "Come On Over". Twain has also had a number of extremely well-known singles like "You're Still the One", "From This Moment On" and "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!".
