Tor Johnson appeared as the mute, overpowering, and sometimes clumsy monster Lobo in Ed Wood's "Bride of the Monster" (1955), and again in Wood's "Night of the Ghouls" (1958). Johnson also played the role of Lobo in a (1957) movie called "The Unearthly".
