Answer: Shane Douglas

Shane Douglas was the Eastern Championship Wrestling World Champion when ECW left the NWA and re-named itself Extreme Championship Wrestling, so Douglas was recognized as being the first ever Extreme Champion.

2. Raven was a two-time ECW World Champion. Which superstar did he defeat to win the title on both occasions?

Answer: The Sandman

Raven defeated The Sandman on January 27, 1996 for his first title. He then lost the title back to The Sandman on October 5, 1996 and then defeated The Sandman for a second title on December 7, 1996. He would eventually lose the title to Terry Funk on April 13, 1997.

3. Who defeated Shane Douglas on October 16, 1997 for the ECW World Title?

Answer: Bam Bam Bigelow

Bigelow defeated Douglas, who was his tag team partner at the time, to win his only ECW World Title. He lost the title back to Douglas the next month.

4. Tommy Dreamer defeated Taz for the title on April 22, 2000. On that same night, Dreamer lost the belt to who?

Answer: Justin Credible

Justin Credible came to the ring and challenged Dreamer to a match. He defeated Dreamer and became the new champion.

Shane Douglas held the title for 406 days making him the longest reigning champion.
