Answer: Dr. Octopus

Dr. Octopus debuted in "Amazing Spider-Man" #3 (July 1963). He developed mechanical arms that became fused to his body. Albert Molina was "Doc Ock" in the 2004 movie "Spider-Man 2".

Erik Magnus Lesherr is the father of the mutants Quicksilver and The Scarlet Witch and "X-Men" #1 (September 1963) was his debut. He was portrayed by Sir Ian McKellen in the first three X-Men movies and by Michael Fassbender in "X-Men: First Class" (2011).

Answer: Venom

After Spider-Man got rid of his "alien suit" (really a symbiote), it bonded with Eddie Brock, becoming Venom. The symbiote has few weaknesses and has infected others. "Amazing Spider-Man" #299 (April 1988) was the first time we saw Venom.

A serial killer, Kasady was infected with the symbiote while he and Eddie Brock (Venom) were in jail. The red and black symbiotic killer debuted in "Amazing Spider-Man" #361 in April of 1992.

Answer: Juggernaut

Nearly indestuctible and impervious to all but the strongest attacks, the Juggernaut debuted in "X-Men" #12 (July 1965). The helmet he wears protects him from mental attacks. "X-Men: The Last Stand" (2006) saw Vinnie Jones in the role.

George Maxon, Johann Schmidt, and Albert Malik have all worn the mask of the Red Skull and all debuted in 1941. The Johann Schmidt version of the Red Skull was portrayed in the 2011 movie "Captain America: The First Avenger" by Hugo Weaving.

Victor Von Doom has fought nearly every hero in the Marvel Universe since his debut in "Fantastic Four" #5 in July of 1962. His armor gives him added strength as well as other abilities. Julian McMahon was Dr. Doom in both the 2005 "Fantastic Four" movie and its 2007 sequel.
