In the 61st episode, "The Not-So-Rose-Colored Glasses," Jan Brady (Eve Plumb) ran over a family portrait because she wasn't wearing her glasses and couldn't see. The picture was a gift for Carol Brady.

In the "Generations" movie, both Captains Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) and James T. Kirk (William Shatner) met up in the Nexus in order to stop Dr. Tolian Soran (Malcolm McDowell) from launching a missile.
