Answer: Ted Knight

Ted Knight was an astronomer who invented a special rod that allowed him the power of flight. He defended Opal City from crime and served with the Justice Society of America.

2. Mikaal Tomas has blue skin.

Answer: True

Tomas is an alien who has a gem embedded in his chest. This gem gives him the power of flight and the ability to fire bolts of energy. He later traveled with Jack Knight.

3. How did Gavyn fly?

Answer: Special armbands

Prince Gavyn, an alien ruler, wore armbands that gave him the ability to fly and shoot energy bolts. He once teamed up with Superman and was originally believed to have died during the Crises on Infinite Earths.

4. What power did Will Payton not have?

Answer: Precognition

Will Payton was an ordinary human who was struck by a lightning bolt from outer space. Turned into a kind of human fusion reactor, Payton took the name Starman and fought crime.
