Owen was wrestling in this costume during an 'Over the Edge' match in May 1999, when a release hook lowering him to the ring opened too early, causing Owen to fall to his death. Tragically, the 17000- strong crowd initially thought this was part of the show, and cheered as the paramedics tried in vain to save Hart's life.

2. Miss Elizabeth was famous for being the valet and real-life wife of Macho Man Randy Savage. Which former WWE and WCW superstar was she involved in a relationship with at the time of her death?
