Too Cool and Rikishi Phatu defeated Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn, and Dean Malenko in their Six Man Tag Team Match when Rikishi pinned Dean Malenko after a "Rikishi Driver".

At "Wrestlemania 16", it was Too Cool and Chyna taking on Eddie Guerrero, Perry Saturn, and Dean Malenko in a Six Person Tag Team Match which seen Too Cool and Chyna get the victory when Chyna pinned Eddie Guerrero after a "Rear Naked Choke Drop".

Answer: The winner would receive a shot at the WWE Championship at "Wrestlemania 16".

In the eighth match at "No Way Out" 2000, it was Big Show taking on The Rock in a Number One Contenders Match with the winner facing the WWE Champion for the title in the main event at "Wrestlemania 16". Originally, The Rock should be the one facing the WWE Champion for the title at "Wrestlemania 16" because he won the "Royal Rumble" Match. Big Show defeated The Rock at "No Way Out" 2000 when he pinned The Rock after a "Chokeslam".

The next night on Raw, it was announced that it would be a Fatal Four Way Match at "Wrestlemania 16" for the WWE Championship when Triple H would take on The Rock, Big Show, and Mick Foley.

The match would be a Fatal Four Way Elimination Match and a member of the McMahon family would be in the corner of every superstar involved in the match.

In the main event of the night at "No Way Out" 2000, it was Triple H defending his WWE Championship against Cactus Jack in a Hell in a Cell Match. If Cactus Jack loses the match, he will be forced to retire from professional wrestling. Triple H won the match after he delivered a "Pedigree" onto Cactus Jack on top of the cell. On "Raw" the next night, Linda McMahon reinstated Cactus Jack as a WWE superstar and he returned as Mick Foley.

At "Wrestlemania 16", it was Triple H defending his WWE Championship against Big Show, The Rock, and Mick Foley in a Fatal Four Way Elimination Match. Stephanie McMahon was in the corner of Triple H, Shane McMahon was in the corner of Big Show, Linda McMahon was in the corner of Mick Foley, and Mr. McMahon was in the corner of The Rock. Triple H first eliminated Mick Foley after a "Pedigree". Big Show was the next superstar eliminated after a "Rock Bottom" and then the "People's Elbow" from The Rock. Triple H last eliminated The Rock after Mr. McMahon turned his back on The Rock and hit him in the head with a steal chair. Triple H retained his WWE Championship at "Wrestlemania 16" with the help of his father-in-law, Mr. McMahon.
