Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What was Test's billed height?

Answer: 6'6"

Whilst he would have been one of the taller stars in the WWE at the time, he would still have had to look up to the likes of Kane, The Undertaker and The Big Show and he is even billed as being one inch shorter than his old tag partner Albert.
2. Test made his debut for the WWF on "Raw" back in 1998, his first appearance was as a bodyguard for a band that were giving a live performance; Test got over with the fans by mercilessly throwing a fan off the stage whilst the band practised. Who were the band?

Answer: Motley Crue

Test had decided to become a wrestler after a chance meeting with Bret Hart who encouraged him to give it a shot. Bret even helped to train him although he refined his craft at Dory Funk Jr's wrestling school, the Funking Conservatory where stars such as the Hardy Boyz and Christian had learned the trade.
3. Which female star did Test have an on-screen relationship with in 1998, which led to an ill fated engagement?

Answer: Stephanie McMahon

Test and Steph's happy day was ruined when Triple H revealed that Steph was already married... To him... Apparently he'd kidnapped and drugged her and took her to Vegas for a drive through wedding. Who says romance is dead?
4. How many times did he reign as the WWF Hardcore Champion?

Answer: Two

His first reign as WWF Hardcore Champion was back in 1999 before the 24/7 rule (anyone can challenge for the WWF Hardcore Championship title at any time, any place) meant that long title reigns were a thing of the past. Test beat The Big Bossman for his first title and held it for almost two months before losing to Crash Holly.

He won it again in 2001 after the 24/7 rule had come into effect beating Rhyno but losing it back to him a few days later.
5. At the start of 2001, he defeated William Regal to become the new WWF European Champion. He defended it until April but his reign came to an end at "Wrestlemania 17". Who was it that defeated him?

Answer: Eddie Guerrero

Eddie Guerrero would use the momentum gained from the win to begin challenging for more prestigious titles, eventually becoming the WWE Heavyweight Champion. Test would go on to win just one more title in the WWE; a two week stint as WWE Intercontinental Champion.
6. He was a two time Tag Team Champion, winning the WCW Tag Team Championship and the WWF Tag Team Championship; a feat he achieved with the same tag team partner in both instances. Who was his partner?

Answer: Booker T

Test was perhaps better known as part of the tag team T&A with Albert and so it would be easy to assume that it was with him that he had won the titles. However T&A never held the gold or really came close to doing so during their time together at a time when the tag division was in good health.
7. Test was released from the WWE in 2004 following spinal fusion surgery. Two years later he made a return, joining the revived ECW brand. Test would receive two shots for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship, but he would be unsuccessful. Who was the wrestler that defeated him on both occasions?

Answer: Bobby Lashley

His time in ECW was arguably the most successful of his career; although he never won a title he would not be beaten by pinfall or submission in a Singles Match throughout the whole of 2006. For the first time during his career he was participating in main event matches.
8. After being released by the WWE for violating their wellness policy he eventually found his way to TNA, however the "Test" moniker was the property of the WWE. What was his nickname in TNA?

Answer: The Punisher

The Impact Player was his nickname in WWE. The Blueprint is TNA star Matt Morgan's nickname. The Franchise was a name attributed to Shane Douglas.
The Punisher was an enforcer type character who forged an alliance with Sting. His run with TNA was short lived however and upon being released he announced his retirement at the end of 2007.
9. Outside of the ring he had real life relationships with two former WWE divas. Who were they?

Answer: Stacy Keibler and Kelly Kelly

He dated former WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly for over two years. He had both an on and off screen relationship with Keibler whilst she was acting as his manager in 2002.
10. In wwhat year did Andrew "Test" Martin die?

Answer: 2009

His body was discovered at his home on March 13, 2009. He had reportedly died of a drug overdose.
