Brian had a previous concussion in the past and was provided no equipment to prevent another one.

He received another concussion which was his last and final injury. The concussion he received was fatal and he was killed in the ring. Brian Ong's family filed a lawsuit against "All Pro Wrestling" and won their battle in court. "All Pro Wrestling" gave Brian Ong's family 1.3 million dollars in damages.

The decided to bring in "Raw" creative writer, Dave Kapoor, under the ring name of Ranjin Singh to be the manager and translator of The Great Khali and translate all of his promos to English so the fans understand what he is saying.

Every week on "Smackdown", The Great Khali hosts the "Kiss Cam" and his manager and translator, Ranjin Singh, picks a lady from the audience to get a kiss from The Great Khali.

That started a feud between the two and came to a match the next month at "Judgment Day" 2006.

Ranjin Singh was announced as The Great Khali's new manager and his translator.

The Great Khali, Batista, and Kane were the final three participants left in the Battle Royal and one of them would be crowned the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The Great Khali last eliminated Batista to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

The Great Khali then defended his title at "The Great American Bash" 2007 Pay Per View against Kane and Batista in a Triple Threat Match. The Great Khali retained his title when he pinned Kane after "The Khali Bomb".
