Answer: Nightcrawler

This is our first glimpse of Ultimate Nightcrawler. Apparently, he is being held by Weapon X, and is escaping. Unfortunately, our young hero is recaptured, and congratulated on the fact that he is the first person since Wolverine to make it that far out of the facility.

2. Wolverine is visiting a former Weapon X site in the United States. What state is he in?

Answer: Arizona

We flash to Wolverine exploring what he and Professor had hoped was a current Weapon X facility. Unfortunately, they were too late and Weapon X had packed up and left.

3. Our X-Men, Cyclops, Storm, and Colossus are appearing on a foreign talk show. Which country did this talk show take place in?

Answer: Japan

These three X-Men have travelled to Japan for a few reasons. First, they hope to "highlight the plight of the genetic prisoners in China and South Korea," and second the are hoping to distance themselves from Magneto's Brotherhood.

Just as Storm, Cyclops, and Colossus are preparing to leave, we get a glimpse of a young lady who reaches out and touches Colossus on the arm. Shortly after, Colossus is feeling a little tired. We then see Rogue reporting to Colonel Wraith of Weapon X.

Answer: Rogue immobilizes him with techniques stolen from Jean.

Rogue steals powers from an unconscious Jean, and makes Iceman relive his appendix operation, minus the anesthetic. Iceman reels back in agony before he is subdued.

Fury makes his way through the hideout of an illegal genetics operation, using several James-Bondesque gadgets along the way. The gum is the last thing he uses before he loses the connection with headquarters, and readers assume the worst.

Juggernaut claims that it's the X-Men's fault they're all at Weapon X, Cyclops says the opposite. Juggernaut makes the claim that Magneto was their only ticket out of there, when Cyclops spouts this bit of information.

When the power is shut off, the mutants are inadvertently let out of their cells. The guards threaten to detonate their cranial devices, but Wanda informs them that that is impossible, as the devices are no longer in their heads. Why did the Brotherhood show up? It seems Wolverine called for backup.
