Of course Wolverine is the ol' canuckle head of the X-men. Most people agree that not only is he a member, he is the most important member. You can not have the X-men without Wolverine. It is not the same.

2. The DC hero Warrior has also been known as which of the following?

Answer: Green Lantern

Warrior was actually a Green Lantern for quite some time. He now has new powers and only fights crime on a part-time basis. He is usually hanging out at his Green Lantern tribute bar known as Warrior's. Good old Guy is always good to come in and stir things up.

3. Wally West is also known as which DC hero?

Answer: Flash

Wally is one of the most likeable characters in the DC Universe appearing in at least three books a month - JLA, Titans, and his own Flash.

4. Which of the following is the only current FEMALE member of the JLA (March 01) and I am not talking about reserve members like Oracle and Barda?

Answer: Wonder Woman

The current JLA member involves Superman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern, Plastic Man, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman.

Wonder Man has been risen from the dead more times - I think Marvel might finally get it through it's head that the shock value of killing off this particular character might be wearing a little thin. Just a bit.

The fictional metal of adamantium is supposedly the strongest in the Marvel Universe. It is also suppose to be rare, but Bullseye has some, Captain America has some in his shield. There is a Hulk statue made of it, Doctor Octopus has some, and the list goes on and on.

Answer: Wild C.A.T.S

I collected Wild C.A.T.s through the first mini-series and the whole first series, but when it relaunched I personally lost all interest. It just was never the same without Jim doing the art.

Warbird went through a period of being an alcoholic that was explored briefly in Avengers, but moreso in the pages of the origianl drunk Avenger - Iron Man.

9. Speaking of drunken Avengers, there was another Iron Man type armor worn mostly by James Rhodes. What was his superhero name?

Answer: War Machine

War Machine had the coolest of all the Iron Man armors. He lost it temporarily and went to some lame Alien Technology while he had his own book. Currently the War Machine armor is the possession of a villan.

10. When Batman and Superman team up they are known as what?

Answer: World's Finest

Batman and Superman had a comic back in the day called World's Finest where they teamed up every month. The title has stuck (deservingly so) throughout the years.

11. Which of the following was on original founder of the Avengers?

Answer: Wasp

Wasp appeared in Avengers number one becoming a founding member of one of Marvels greatest legacies. She is still active today. Not one of the team's power houses to say the least.

12. Former X-men villain and soon to be member, Emma Frost, is better known as who?

Answer: White Queen

I have never been a big fan of the White Queen, but she has been a mainstay in the X-Universe for years, so there has to be something about her that is okay. When the X-men are revamped this May she is scheduled to be making one of the rosters. Havok and Gambit are not. I can not figure it out either.

Answer: Beast

Wolverine of course came by his Adamantium through the Weapon X program. Deadpool was cured of cancer, horribley scarred, and given miraculous healing powers (two out of three ain't bad). Kane had a good portion of his body turned into machine to be a more effective killing weapon - God Bles Canada.
