1. Who was the first WWWF World Heavyweight Champion?

Answer: Buddy Rodgers

Buddy Rodgers was awarded the belt in April 1963. Apparently, he won a title tournament in Rio de Janeiro to win the belt. The tournament never really took place. This belt is now defended on Smack Down! as the WWE World Heavyweight title.
2. Who were the first WWWF Tag Team Champions?

Answer: Luke Graham and Tarzan Tyler

In June 1971, Luke Graham and Tarzan Tyler defeated Dick The Bruiser and The Shiek in a tournament final to become the first WWWF Tag Team Champions. These titles are now the Raw Brand WWE Tag Team titles.
3. Who was the first Intercontinental Champion?

Answer: Pat Patterson

Pat Patterson was awarded the belt in September 1979. WWE claims that he won a tournament final in Rio de Janeiro, but this tournament never really took place.

In July 1994, the company then known as WWF dubbed the Spoiler the "WWF National Heavyweight Champion." He had held a title belt in Georgia Championship Wrestling with a similar title.

The first man to hold the title now known as the WWE World Cruiserweight title was Shinjiro Ohtani (who defeated Chris Benoit in a tournament final). The belt was originally a WCW belt.
