WWE "Raw" October 21, 2002 Trivia Quiz

Answer: Triple H and Ric Flair

As "Raw" began, Triple H and Ric Flair walked to the ring and said that they have a proof that Kane is a necrophiliac. They said that the proof is a video tape that was given to them, and that the tape is from the day of Katie Vick's viewing. Then, out of nowhere, came The Hurricane, who tried to get the video tape from Helmsley and Flair.

The Hurricane battled as fierce as he could, but he was no match for two people bent on revenge. The Hurricane was beaten for his kind deed, and the video tape was still with Helmsley and Flair.

Answer: Chris Nowinski

Jeff Hardy faced off against Chris Nowinski. The high flyer bombarded Nowinski with all spectacular maneuvers. However, Nowinski became frustrated and rolled out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair. He was about to use it when Al Snow, Nowinski's "Tough Enough" trainer, came to ringside and grabbed the chair away from him, and threw it inside the ring. Jeff, immediately went for the "Swanton Bomb" to pin Nowinski, but Snow pulled Chris out of harm's way. Jeff hit the "Swanton Bomb" on the chair instead, and Nowinski pinned him for the win.

Answer: Lance Storm and William Regal

Spike and Bubba Ray Dudley faced off against Lance Storm and William Regal. Little Spike received a licking, but kept on ticking. At one point in the match, Regal tried unsuccessfully to use brass knuckles on little Spike. However, the Dudleys won when Bubba pinned Storm for the win.

Answer: Rico, Rosey, and Jamal

The Big Show faced off against Rosey, Jamal, and Rico in a Handicap Match. Show was immediately mugged in the ring, but began battling back. When the two twin mountains had Show flat on the mat, it looked like all was over for Show. However, Show fought back and won the match when he hit the "Chokeslam" on Jamal. On a side note: as Rosey, Jamal, and Rico came to the ring, their names were flashed on the television screen. I'm sure all wrestling fans would like to know that the name Rosey is indeed spelled this way.

It is not spelled Rosie. After the match, it was announced that Show was traded for being disrespectful to the general manager.

Answer: Test

The match between Test and D'Lo Brown began, with Stacy Kiebler as the referee. At one point, it looked like D'Lo had the match in his back pocket when he had Test covered in a pin. However, Stacy turned her back away from the count to tie her shoe, which had been untied for almost the entire match.

She happened to choose that exact moment to tie it. Anyway, when Stacy was forced to turn around by D'Lo, Test hit D'Lo with the "Big Boot" and pinned him for the win. Then Stacy and Test walked up the ramp together.

Answer: Hunter Hearst Helmsley

When Triple H showed the video tape, one could clearly see that it was Triple H imitating Kane. We were supposed to believe that a video was made of her viewing ten years ago, but clearly this was not so. Triple H made some huge errors while pretending to be Kane. First, Kane is 7'0," not 6'6." Second, Kane's hair is considerably longer and darker than Triple H's. Third, Triple H's voice didn't even remotely sound like Kane. Fourth, Triple H wore Kane's new mask (2002 mask). If the video tape were true, Kane's mask would have been his older one. Fifth, one could clearly see that it was a mannequin in the coffin, and sixth, Triple H's goatee was painted on. All in all, Triple H made the video tape a laughing stock.

Not a very good job, Hunter.

Answer: Christian, Chris Jericho, and Victoria

Christian, Chris Jericho, and Victoria faced off against Goldust, Booker T, and Trish Stratus in a Six Person Intergender Tag Team Match. The participants wrestled brilliantly, but of course only team could win. Jericho hit Trish with the "Walls of Jericho," and she tapped out, allowing Christian, Jericho, and Victoria to win.

Answer: Al Snow

Al Snow faced off against Tommy Dreamer in a Singapore Cane Match. This match was brutal, and it looked like Snow was going to win. However, when Nowinski tried to repay Snow for helping him win, it backfired and cost Snow the match. Dreamer pinned Snow for the win.

Answer: Kane and Rob Van Dam

This match was the result of the failures at "No Mercy," and pitted Triple H and Ric Flair against Kane and RVD. Through the match, RVD kept trying to tag in Kane, and on two occasions when he did tag him the referee didn't allow the tag, because he didn't see them.

When Kane was finally tagged in to fight Triple H, Helmsley immediately tagged Flair in and took off up the ramp. Then Kane immediately tagged in RVD, and pursued his adversary. Kane and RVD won when Van Dam hit Flair with "Rolling Thunder," and followed it up with the "Five Star Frog Splash."

Answer: Kane

At the end of "Raw," Kane chased Triple H to the carport and hit him with a "Chokeslam" on the hood of a nearby car. Then Triple H was thrown and locked into the trunk. Then Kane jumped into the driver's seat of the limousine and drove it out of the arena.
