Yoshi Sudarso played the character, who was a caveman from ancient times who was frozen in ice and revived in the show's present setting.

TJ, played by Selwyn Ward, was the "Turbo" Red Ranger before being demoted to second in command the following season. When the Rangers went off to space, Justin (their Blue Ranger) chose to stay behind. Andros was already using the Red Ranger powers, so TJ became the Blue Ranger.

Noah, played by John Mark Loudermilk, continued on the traditions of the Blue Ranger being the smartest on the team, and also an expert on technology. He became more physically able to perform the duties as the season went along.
9. Billy Cranston

Played by David Yost, Billy was the original Blue Ranger and the only original member to last through all three seasons of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers". He would leave the series during the "Zeo" season.
10. Tori Hanson

Played by Sally Martin, the character was an accomplished ninja before becoming a Power Ranger. She was the first female Blue Ranger in the series history.
