1. What is Lawson's first name?

Answer: Erwin

Erwin Lawson is the archenemy of the gang. He is always in competition with them over sports. He mainly competes with Vince but loses most of the time.

2. Mr. Kelso's first name is Joey.

Answer: False

His first name is Eran. This is revealed when Mr. Kelso's wife calls him in the episode where Gretchen tutors her fellow pupils. Mr. Kelso is a nice man who owns a corner shop from where the gang get their ice cream.

3. What does the J stand for in TJ?

Answer: Jasper

This is only revealed in the movie "Recess: All Growed Down." When the gang were in kindergarten, TJ told Gus that his name was Theodore Jasper Detweiler so Gus called him TJ. From this moment in time Theodore calls himself TJ.

4. What is the name of the first episode of "Recess"?

Answer: The Break In

This episode was aired September 13th, 1997 in the US. When TJ is put into detention the gang make a plan to try and get him out. Gus is not in this episode.

5. In the "Copycat Kid" episode who does Mikey save from the baseball?

Answer: Randall

Vince has previously saved Mikey and Mikey got the idea to copy everything that Vince does. This makes Vince angry and he copies Mikey to prove a point. Mikey saves Randall in the exact same way Vince saved him. Randall repeats the same words as Mikey: "You saved my life." This makes Mikey scared.

TJ's hair is usually brown but in this episode it turns black. In this episode the gang splits up because TJ can't decide who his best friend is.

Gus is not featured in "The Break In" . In this episode the rain restricts the children from going out to recess. After three days of rain all the children start to get annoyed.

Gordy reveals that he doesn't like TJ so TJ does everything in his power to change Gordy's mind about him. Gordy doesn't have a reason for not liking TJ: he just doesn't like him.

Jared is the perfect boy who makes all the children jealous. He stopped Sam and Dave digging by digging the perfect hole which was a square.

Ms. Grotke is the gang's school teacher. The gang love her as a teacher. She also performs magic tricks as a hobby.
