Snowy is Tintin's most frequent companion and has appeared in all of the original 'Adventures of Tintin' comics. Snowy was originally named 'Milou' by Herge and is referred to as a male throughout the series.

Answer: Archibald

Captain Archibald Haddock is introduced in the story 'The Crab with the Golden Claws'. He becomes one of Tintin's most common companions and is especially remembered for his loyalty to Tintin in 'Tintin in Tibet' where he is willing to sacrifice his own life for Tintin's.

'Le Petit Vingtieme' was a real life magazine that was a weekly supplement to the Belgium newspaper 'Le Vingtieme Siecle' between 1928 and 1940. Sorry. That one was probably quite difficult. Congratulations if you got it correct. Blessed Lightning has a vision of Tintin, Haddock and Tharkey after they are buried in snow by an avalanche in 'Tintin in Tibet'. He later has other visions that predict events in the story.

These humorous detectives became friends with Tintin after previously pursuing him for crimes he hadn't committed. After Tintin's innocence is proven, Thomson and Thompson make it clear to the young reporter that they never really believed that he was guilty, they were only following orders.
