Whitestorm is the deputy at the beginning of the book, but later he dies and Graystripe becomes deputy.

In a previous book, he was kicked out of the clan by Bluestar. He becomes leader of Shadowclan and tries to take over the forest.

Cinderpelt is the medicine cat of Thunderclan. Barkface is Windclan's medicine cat. Mudclaw is a Windclan Warrior. Spottedleaf was Thunderclan's medicine cat before she died, in the first book.
