Ironically, three of the first five presidents died on July 4th. Adams and Jefferson both died on the same day in 1826. James Monroe died five years later, in 1831. James Madison, the fourth President of the United States, died of heart failure on June 28, 1836.

Answer: United Kingdom

Most countries around the world use the metric system of measurement. In fact, there are only three countries which continue to use the imperial system of weights and measures, i.e., Myanmar (formerly Burma), Liberia and the United States. The change from imperial to metric units occurred between 1970 through 1988.
3. People: What was the pen name of Elizabeth Cochrane Seaman?

Answer: Nelly Bly

Journalist Elizabeth Cochran Seaman (1864-1922) took the pen name of Nellie Bly. She was known for taking a trip around the world in 72 days. She also went undercover to expose the hideous conditions in mental institutions, and was a pioneer in the field of investigative journalism. Mary Ann Evans, Joanne Rowling and Erika Leonard are the real names of the other choices.

In 1938 Don Budge won all four majors, i.e., the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. Answer: Bill Bixby

Bill Bixby (1934-1993) was one of TV's most successful early stars. In 1963 he played Tim O'Hara, a reporter who takes in an alien in "My Favorite Martian" (way before Mork ever landed). In 1969 he took on the role of Tom Corbett on "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" (based on the 1963 film). In 1977, as Dr. David Banner, he was the alter ego of "The Incredible Hulk".
