3. According to Kermit the Frog, is it easy being green?

Answer: No

Kermit the Frog was the creation of Muppet creator Jim Henson, who was also the voice of Kermit from his inception in 1955 until his passing in 1990. The song "Being Green", first performed on "Sesame Street" in 1970, is a song about accepting and being happy with yourself just as you are.

The phrase "green with envy" - depending on whom you believe - originated with Shakespeare's use of the term "green-eyed monster" in Othello or the ancient green belief that jealousy was associated with the overproduction of bile, which can give the skin a yellowish-green tint. The other three answers are, along with envy, on the list of the Seven Deadly Sins.
