The Quiz With No "A"

Well, except for the one in the title, I suppose. The interesting info will not include them either. This is just mixed questions, very difficult to write. It would delight me if you respect this. Enjoy!

8. Which of these is the fourth root of six hundred twenty five?

Answer: Five

Defined by (5 x 5 x 5 x 5) or (5^4) gives 625, hence 625's fourth root is 5.
9. In the country north of Mexico, which number would you ring for emergency services?

Answer: Nine One One (911)

This is shown in quite some number of movies. 912 is the number to ring for emergency if you belong to the Stonecutters' on "The Simpsons".
10. Which of these words is spelled incorrectly?

Answer: Empowerring

This is 'EMPOWERING' with only one 'R'. Check the others on spell-check on Word if you don't believe me. Three cheers for doing my quiz (some to me too, for using over two months to write it)! Hopefully I will write the rest of this series (of one missing vowel) sometime (inspired by Perec's French novel missing 'E'). Until then, enjoy your quizzing!
