Answer: change the ending

Here's an example: Antonio -> Antonia, Michele -> Michela, Mario -> Maria, you get the picture. This is only a general rule but it covers most of my family (which is huge).

Answer: John

If your name was any of those listed in the question - upon moving to English speaking countries those that couldn't pronounce your real name - would call you John or Joe.
