Answer: Northumberland Street

Northumberland Street has every shop you could think of. It has huge stores and a huge shopping centre named Eldon Square. It is the main place where a lot of people shop and work. The Metro Centre is in Gateshead and North Shields and Silverlink are rather small compared to Northumberland Street.

Answer: Monument

The monument metro station is right next to Grey's Monument, which is where it gets its name from. Monument is one of the busiest metro stops because a large percentage of those coming into town use it and everyone who works nearby also uses it. Haymarket is at the opposite end of town.

Answer: Royal Victoria Infirmary

The RVI stands for The Royal Victoria Infirmary. Close by is a statue of Queen Victoria sitting on her throne. Rake Lane is in North Tyneside not Newcastle.

Still today lots of people come to the coast during the summer for the sun (the little we have), sea and sand.
