1. Which of these took place on November 27, 1095?

Answer: First Crusade launched

The Crusades were a series of wars fought to take Jerusalem and Palestine from the Muslims. It was launched by Pope Urban II on November 27, 1095. It didn't go too well and a lot of people were killed.
The Knights Templar were founded c. 1119..
King Arthur is probably just a legend. Also, the Kingr of England in 1095 was William II Rufus.
The Roman Empire in the West fell in 476. If one regards the Byzantine Empire as the Roman Empire, the date would be 1453, not 1095.
2. What event took place on March 4, 1193?

Answer: Death of Saladin

Saladin was the first sultan of Egypt and Syria. At the peak of his power, his sultanate included: Mesopotamia, Yemen, and much of North Africa. Under Saladin's leadership, his army defeated the Crusaders many times during the Second Crusade including a decisive victory in the Battle of Hattin. Saladin died in 1193 of a fever not long after the Crusaders left.
King Richard I the Lionheart died on April 6, 1199.
King Henry VI of Germany died on September 28, 1197.
Henry II captured Ireland in October 1191.

The Magna Carta was a document that was created by a group of rebel nobles together with some bishops. They forced King John of England to accept it*. This limited the king's power. This became the basis for many documents and in the 1600s: Parliament claimed that the ruling monarch at the time had violated the provisions of Magna Carta. Ultimately this led to civil war, culminating in defeat and execution for the king.
Marco Polo left for China in 1271.
The Mongols, led by Genghis Khan, conquered China in 1207.

4. Which of these historical movements began on May 30, 1381?

Answer: Peasants' Rebellion

The Peasants' Rebellion was led by Wat Tyler. It was a result of economic problems and taxes and took place primarily in Essex and Kent. The peasants marched to London and burned down the houses of some grandees. The rebels eventually were invited to meet the Lord Mayor of London and the king for negotiations. They did and Wat Tyler was killed in an ambush by the mayor. The government hunted down the other rebels, and they were hanged, which ended the rebellion in November 1381.
The Hundred Year War began in 1337.
Lollardry had begun somewhat earlier in the 14th century.
The Protestant Reformation's beginning is often dated as October 31, 1517, when Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the door of the Castle Church, Wittenberg.

Answer: The Alhambra Decree is signed

The Alhambra Decree expelled the Jews of Spain if they didn't convert to Christianity. King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Spain had already launched the Inquisition in 1478. This involved the persecution of heretics and anyone who wasn't Christian. The Inquisition was particularly active against former Jews and Muslims who had already converted to Christianity, as they were widely suspected of insincere conversion. It extended its scope and by the late c. 1600 about 20% of the cases it handled were for allegedly defying the authority of the Inquisition itself. Acquittals were very rare. (The Alhambra Decree was not formally revoked by Spain till late in the 20th century!).
Columbus didn't set sail until August 3, 1492.
The War of the Roses began in 1455.

Answer: Juan Ponce de Leon lands in Florida

Juan Ponce de Leon was the first documented European to land in what is now the United States. He led an expedition to find the Fountain of Youth but instead found land, which he named Florida (land of flowers in Spanish).

Martin Luther was excommunicated on January 3, 1521.
The colony of Roanoke was formed in 1585.

Answer: Isaac Newton Is born

Sir Isaac Newton was born on January 4, 1643, in England (December 25, 1642 in the calendar in use at the time). He is best known for his laws of physics and coming up with the theory of gravity. He became the President of the Mint of England and helped lower the amount of counterfeit money.
The Jamestown Colony was formed on May 4, 1607.

The Bastille prison represented royal authority. By storming it, the citizens were in revolt. This is usually regarded as the beginning of the French Revolution. Eventually, the rebels won and formed later formed the French Republic. The anniversary of the storming of the Bastille is a national holiday in France.

Answer: The unification of Germany as the German Empire was proclaimed

In 1815 the Congress of Vienna had established the Germany Confederation as a loose association of 39 states. Though some states were annexed by others, in 1870 it still consisted of a multiplicity of states, enjoying various degrees of sovereignty. On January 18th, 1871 representatives of the various German states proclaimed Wilhelm I of Prussia German Emperor in the Hall of Mirrors in the Palace of Versailles during the Franco-Prussian War.
