Airsoft is a fun game. But it can be dangerous and cause some injuries as replica firearms are used to shoot plastic bullets at opponents. Think paintball, but only with plastic pellets. Small as they are, the pellets, if they hit you, do hurt. So it is of utmost importance to make sure you have protective wear like goggles and helmets. They should never be removed during a game.

Usually, two teams play on opposite sides and try to eliminate the members of the team by shooting them until one team has no members left.

Once a person enters this zone, he or she is not allowed to fire nor is anyone allowed to fire at them. This is also where people must go after being eliminated from the game.

After a person is hit, he or she must stand up with their weapons above their head and yell 'Hit!'. After that, they must walk to the safe zone. They can be hit any where - on their body or weapon. Always remember to wear the helmet all the way till the safe zone!

When it is heard, all players must put down their weapons and cease firing. It is usually used when a player is not wearing their eye goggles but it can be used in a variety of emergency situations like injury to a player or bystander. If you hear someone yell it, you may also want to repeat it so as to make sure all players are aware of what is happening. Safety is important!

Answer: Medic rule

If playing with the medic rule, then a player, after getting hit, can yell 'Hit!' and then sit on the ground with a red flag taped to him. Another player in the team can come and pull the red flag off and revive the other person after giving them first aid.

This can happen only once and if shot after being revived once, a person must leave the game and go to the safe area. If a player is wounded, he cannot revive another player.

The moderator can actually have a really big job in a game of airsoft. He/she designs the boundaries of the game. If a player goes beyond the boundaries he can be eliminated from the game. Weapons are checked by the moderator before the game. Any disputes that come up are solved by the moderator. Moderators can stop the game at anytime for safety reasons.

One of the possible scenarios is when you have a person in point blank range, it it courteous to do a safety kill without actually firing the gun and refrain from hurting the person. If you are the person killed with the 'safety kill rule' and you for sure know that your escape is impossible, then you have the leave the game without any fuss.

Answer: Continue to give information to your teammates who are still playing

If you are dead in the game, you are dead period. You can't continue to give information to your teammates about the ongoing game. That is almost like cheating! Otherwise you can cool off there as no one will be firing at you as long as you are inside the safe zone.

Answer: Take it out in public and act like shooting people

Airsoft guns tend to be exact replicas of real world firearms. It is a bad idea to take them in public and pretend they are real. It is even dangerous to use them at home. Never attempt to play with an airsoft gun outside of the battlefield or without full protection. Even though the pellets may be small and plastic, they can inflict hurt upon another person.
