It usually contains a variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables or fruit. The Chilean empanada has largely three varieties. The first one contains seafood, the second one is filled with a filling called pino (beef, onions, raisins, black olives and boiled eggs) and the third one is filled with cheese, either baked or fried.
