It's a bit small to be technically called a farm, but it's as close to a farm as I've got for the moment!

I've wanted one like him since I was a nipper. He's called Claude because he has extra dew claws on his hind paws. If the dew claws become a problem, I can have them surgically removed, but then I'd have to call him De-Claude!

The pump is made portable to put on the back of a ute with a tank of water to fight fires that are out of reach of the hoses around the house. Since we're in a drought and there's no grass to catch fire at the moment, we use our firefighter to pump what little water we have up to the house yard for the calves.

By the way, I DO have a hunky guy with rippling muscles, but he's not a firefighter, he works with cattle!

9. One of the horses, Diesel, has size 6 shoes. Bundy wears size 2. Whose feet are bigger?

Answer: Diesel

Both the horses are about the same size, but for some reason Diesel's hooves are almost as big as a clydesdale, while Bundy has delicate little feet. It takes my bloke hours to trim Diesel's feet!

Technically, way too many is correct, as well, but since they're all happy and well-fed, it's probably just the right number! I always wanted to be a farmer, and my 43 beasties on my 7 acres is a good start! Hope you've enjoyed your short stay at Old McBindy's Farm!
