Answer: Arid

Sere means arid or dry. The noun sere is a series of ecological communities. This comes from the word series itself.

To seel is to stitch closed the eyes of something, often used for falcons. Seel is easy to remember in 'Boggle' because every time you find seel, you will also find lees. A lee is a sheltered or covered area, away from the wind, often used on ships.

Answer: Manners

Mores are a set of manners or customs of societies that are considered vital to that society's well-being. These often get written down into law.
14. What is a "mote"?

Answer: Speck of dust

A mote is a small, speck of dust, as in a mote in your eye. Add an 'E' in front and you have emote. Add an 'S' and you have smote. Add an 'L' after and you have motel. A 'T' makes motet. As you can see this is a good word.
15. What is a tarn?

Answer: Lake

A tarn is a mountain lake, normally one found in a cirque. Next time you play 'Boggle' hopefully you'll find some of these short, but sweet, words that can add up to a lot of points.
