He takes the last name of his captain, Sozo Sagara.

He rescues his sister from some evil people, but he doesn't know yet that it is his sister.

Sanosuke only meets Anji twice, and never really argues with him. Kenshin is Sano's best friend, and Inuyasha is from a whole different manga.

From the disbanding of his old army. Sanosuke keeps this to remind him of the army.

In volume seven, Saito gives Sanosuke a bad wound on the shoulder, and since then, Sano has hated the man.
Cho is a big rival, but not as big as Saito. Kenshin, as stated before, is Sano's best friend, and Shishio is more of an enemy to Kenshin then Sano.

10. How old is Sanosuke?

Answer: 19

It tells us in "The Legendary Swordsman" (volume one) how old he is, then again in "A Man's Back" (volume 26).
