1. The Peltiers run Sanctuary in New Orleans. Which animal are they?

Answer: Bears

 The Peltier Bear Clan run Sanctuary as a refuge and neutral ground for anyone who needs it. Nicolette 'Mama' Peltier has lost two sons over the years to the internecine feuds between Arcadian and Katagaria and she has sworn an oath that as far as she is able, "no mother will ever feel the pain she felt at their loss".
2. Which 'animal person' form lives in the attic of Sanctuary?

Answer: Dragon

 It is rare for a Drakos dragon form being to make his or her home in modern times as their dragon form is so large it is hard for them to stay hidden from the human population.
For some unknown reason, Max has made his home in the attic of Sanctuary, the Biker bar and refuge run by the Peltier Bear Clan in New Orleans.
3. Why does Bride's father scare Vane and Fury Kattalakis so much?

Answer: He is "the Neuter King"

 Bride's father is a vet whose slogan is "if you love them, neuter them"
When Vane first meets him he tells him "don't hurt my little girl, I can use a tranq gun and a scalpel".... Luckily Vane would rather die than harm a hair on Bride's head.
4. What is the distinguishing feature of an Arcadian Sentinel?

Answer: Large facial tattoo mark

 Sentinels are warriors who track down and kill Katagari Slayers. They have superior powers to other Arcadians, including the ability to travel in time whenever they like rather than being bound to the full moon.
The tattoo like mark on their face marks them as Sentinels, but they can use their powers to hide it if they don't want to be known.
5. Arcadians tend to refer to Katagaria Warriors as 'Slayers' but what do they call themselves?

Answer: Strati

 Arcadians tend to attack first and determine whether or not the Katagaria actually WAS a slayer later. The Katagaria try to strike first before this can happen, and so the never ending feud between the factions goes on...
6. One of the Hawk Katagaria is the vet for anyone who arrives at Sanctuary in need of his help. Who is he?

Answer: Carson

 Carson is young as Katagaria go, being in his fifties.
This is classed as barely adolescent to people whose expected lifespans are around 1000 years.
7. Who does Aimee Peltier fall in love with?

Answer: Fang

 Aimee is the cherished only daughter of the Peltier Clan. Fang is a wolf, and her family view him as a totally unsuitable partner for Aimee.
8. Wren has lived at Sanctuary since he was a small child. He is a very rare crossbreed between which two Katagaria forms?

Answer: Tiger and Leopard

 Wren is a Tigard, and as far as he knows, he is the only one of his kind. His mother rejected him when he was a cub, and for years he believes his parents killed each other when he was just a child.
Until he is 21, he lives at Sanctuary, hiding his thoughts and feelings from everyone around him, then he meets Maggie who is the love of his life, and they get married.
9. Which Arcadian is also a Dark Hunter?

Answer: Ravyn Kontis

 Ravyn is an Arcadian leopard and also a Dark Hunter.
His family killed him, and have disowned him since he became a Dark Hunter and act as though he is dead to them.
