1. D'Artagnan's sworn enemy from Meung turns out to be Cardinal Richelieu's right-hand-man. What is his name?

Answer: Rochefort

Rochefort is the mysterious fellow that d'Artagnan seeks revenge against for several grievances. Buckingham is the Englishman caught in the Queen's scandal, La Rochelle is the town the Musketeers travel to in preparation for battle and Coquenard is the name of Porthos' mistress' husband.
2. What does Buckingham give d'Artagnan in exchange for his help regarding the Queen's diamond tags?

Answer: four fine horses with excellent saddles

Buckingham gives d'Artagnan a nicely kept horse and equipment for himself and his three friends. The letter of pardon is given to Lady de Winter by the Cardinal and the Queen of France gives d'Artagnan the diamond ring.
3. Choose the correct pairing of master and servant from "The Three Musketeers."

Answer: Athos and Grimaud

Athos and Grimaud have their own version of sign language to communicate; in fact, Grimaud is chastised for speaking. Porthos benefits from Mousqueton's tailoring skills, Bazin is disappointed in Aramis' wavering to take holy orders and d'Artagnan is thankful for Planchet's courage and resourcefulness.
4. What is the Queen of France's name?

Answer: Anne of Austria

The Queen is Austrian, but has familial ties to Spain.

Answer: Spanish

Athos spends a small fortune to purchase several cases of it and d'Artagnan reveals that Athos drains a bottle of Spanish wine each evening before bed. It is also mentioned that Athos likes champagne.

Coquenard is a very stingy lawyer who thinks Porthos is his wife's cousin. Porthos is disappointed in Coquenard's large lunch consisting of one bottle of wine and a very scrawny hen.
7. What is Athos' real name?

Answer: Count de la Fere

The reader never learns the real names of Porthos and Aramis. However, fellow trivia player "danlowy" has informed me that Porthos is Sire du Vallon de Bracieux de Pierrefonds and is later made a baron. Aramis is Viscount d'Herblay and eventually is made Duke of Alameda by the king of Spain. D'Artagnan is eventually Count d'Artagnan. Thanks to danlowy!
8. According to the bet with the four men dining in the Parpaillot Inn, how long do the Musketeers have to stay in the bombed out bastion eating their breakfast?

Answer: one hour

Athos plans to use the bastion breakfast as a time for the Musketeers to talk amongst themselves without being overheard. The Musketeers win the bet.
9. Immediately before her execution, how many people is Lady de Winter accused of killing?

Answer: four

Lord de Winter accuses her of poisoning his brother, having the Duke of Buckingham murdered and causing Officer Felton's death. D'Artagnan accuses her of Constance Bonacieux's poisoning. She also indirectly causes the death of the executioner's brother (the priest), but this is not brought up immediately before her execution.
10. What turns out to be in the chest belonging to the husband of Porthos' mistress?

Answer: 800,000 livres

Porthos tries for months to see what is in the chest. The husband dies and at the end of the novel and Porthos plans to marry Madame Coquenard.
