The house on Neibolt Street is in the book "It." The Loosers Club, Mike, Stan, Richie, Eddie, Ben, and Bev, go into the house to try to find Pennywise, and It almost kills them. They get out, and everything that made the house evil is gone. It's just another house, not a portal for It.

Answer: Dreamcatcher

The Hole In The Wall is a cabin in the woods where the men from "The Dreamcatcher" go, to reunite, and just bond again. They keep a large dreamcatcher hanging from the ceiling, to remind them of their sick friend. A man is found wandering outside. He had been lost, and cold.

Answer: The Gunslinger

In "The Gunslinger", Roland finds Jake at the Weigh Station. He also finds a spirit in the basement, and takes a jaw bone from it. He uses it later to deafeat the man in black, after letting Jake die. I know it's not a Hotel or House, but I thought that this was a good one for this quiz.
