Answer: Portia

While Portia is named in chapter 5, the rest of Peeta's prep team is never identified in the books. In the 2012 movie adaptation of "The Hunger Games", Portia is portrayed by Latarsha Rose.

Cinna (portayed by Lenny Kravitz) is Katniss' stylist; Tigris, a former stylist for the Hunger Games, is a character we do not meet until "Mockingjay"; Atala is identified in "The Hunger Games" as the Capitol's head trainer at the training center for the tributes.

Answer: Venia

Venia is described as having gold coloured tattoos above her eyebrows and aqua dyed hair. Venia is portrayed by Kimiko Gelman in the 2012 movie. Brooke Bundy is Octavia (a woman whose skin is dyed pale pea green), and Nelson Ascencio is Flavius (a man described as having "orange corkscrew locks" and wears purple coloured lipstick).

Purnia appears in "Catching Fire" and is the only female Peacekeeper to be identified by gender; Castor and Pollux are brothers from the Capitol. In "Mockingjay" they make an appearance as cameramen, though we find out later that Pollux is an Avox and had worked in the Capitol underground for five years before his family were able to buy his way to the surface. The reason for Pollux becoming an Avox is unknown.

As outlined in chapter 5 of "The Hunger Games": District 4's industry is fishing, District 11's industry is Agriculture, and the former District 13's industry was identified as mining graphite before it was destroyed during the Dark Days. The industry of District 6 is not revealed in this book, but is later revealed to be transportation.

Answer: Committing a crime

In "The Hunger Games", when Katniss asks what an Avox is after recognizing the girl who serves their dessert, Haymitch replies with "Someone who committed a crime. They cut her tongue so she can't speak. She's probably a traitor of some sort." before Effie Trinket explains that the only communication that one is to have with an Avox is to issue an order.

In the movie, Haymitch Abernathy is portrayed by Woody Harrelson, and Effie Trinket by Elizabeth Banks. Amber Chaney is cast as the Avox girl.

Answer: Seeing in the dark

Katniss receives the glasses in chapter 11 but does not discover they are night vision glasses until chapter 15. Rue (portrayed by Amandla Stenberg), the little girl from District 11, explains what they are. Rue goes on to say that the glasses are sometimes used back in her home by harvesters who climb high up in the trees where fire light doesn't reach.

Answer: Peeta Mellark just saved my life

Katniss is stung by three tracker jackers when she saws through the branch that their nest is attached to. The nest falls and the swarm of tracker jackers attack the group of Career Tributes that have camped below her tree.

Prior to this she is led to believe that Peeta has betrayed her and sided with the Careers. She later finds out that Peeta pretended to side with them to help protect her.

Jennifer Lawrence is cast as Katniss with Josh Hutcherson as Peeta.

To clean out Peeta's leg wound, Katniss applies chewed up plant leaves that Rue gave her to draw out the tracker jacker venom. It takes three applications to clear out the wound and get the swelling down.

Answer: Thresh

Thresh pulls Clove off of Katniss and hits her head with a rock. He spares Katniss' life to repay her for her kindness to Rue as the young girl lay dying.

Dayo Okeniyi is cast as Thresh, the boy Tribute from District 11; Isabelle Fuhrman as Clove, the girl Tribute from District 2; and Alexander Ludwig as Cato, the boy tribute from District 2.

Answer: Except nothing. She's completely scar free.

Flavius later calls the procedure a "full body polish" and explains that there is "not a flaw left on [her] skin".

When she wakes up in the medical ward in the Capitol she is disoriented. When she's first allowed food she has a hard time finishing the water, broth, and applesauce she is given.

Peeta is also fully healed - although, due to his leg injury, he ends up with a prosthetic leg.

Answer: a bright red bow tie

Just before Haymitch warns Katniss he asks for a hug "for good luck". She thinks it is strange until he speaks and realizes he is using it as an excuse to whisper the plan to her.

Katniss believes Cinna had to wrestle Haymitch into the bow tie.
