Answer: Frodo

Frodo inherits the One Ring from Bilbo, and thus sets out to destroy it. Otho Sackville-Baggins was supposed to be Bilbo's heir, seeing that Bilbo had no kids of his own, and planned on inheriting Bag-End. Bilbo's adoption of Frodo spoiled Otho's plans.

Onodrim is a name for the Ents, the creatures who live in Fangorn Forest and are the keepers of the trees there. 'Úlairi' is the Quenya form of the word 'Nazgűl' which originates in the Black Speech, and they both mean 'ringwraith'.

Sam is given charge of the Red Book of Westmarch from Frodo when Frodo sails into the west. Eventually, Sam gives Elanor, his eldest daughter, the Red Book, and Sam decides to follow Frodo into the west.

The latest chronological mention of the Red Book in Tolkien's work is in the hands of Findegil, a Gondorian scribe in the Fourth Age.
